About our Grounds and Facilities

The Hudsonville Fairgrounds is a 40-acre park like setting in Hudsonville. We are close to shopping, restaurants and much more! We offer camping with water and electric hook-ups as wells as a dump station for your convenience. In addition, we have buildings available for rental purposes. It is a perfect setting for:
  • Family reunions
  • Horse shows and other livestock gatherings
  • Corporate picnics or events
  • Circuses
  • Rodeos
  • Demolitions derby events
  • And many other activities.

The Hudsonville Fair Association prides itself in supporting our community organizations and especially youth leadership development.

We have a long history of working with Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, local youth athletic programs, our local 4-H program and many other non-profit organizations to promote youth development.

All Events
  Opening grounds before and after event per trip charge $25.00
  Food service, vendors (each hook up per day) $25.00
     
Ground Rental - East or West of the livestock barns
  Grounds plus one building (per day) $300.00
  Includes: water, dump station, rest rooms, grounds lights, 10 tables and 80 chairs per building and 1 grounds opening per day.  
  Each additional building (per day) $125.00
  Fees (admission, parking, gate, booth/space rental) 10% of gross
     
Trailer Rally
  Fee per trailer per night (trailers parked more than 10' from building) $17.00
  Minimum rental charge $300.00
  Includes: electric hook-up, limited water hook-up, dump station, rest rooms, electrical distribution panels and building with 10 tables and 80 chairs per building and 1 grounds opening per day  
  Additional building $125.00
     
Horse Show
  Outside arena and parking area per day, no plug in of equipment $250.00
  Includes: water, rest rooms, announcer/horse show office booth, limited sound system, rings prepped before and once during show  
  1/2 Day or 1 Night Charge $150.00
  Extra Ring Grooming trips $35.00
  Inside arena $75.00
  Fees (admission, parking, gate) 10% of gross
  Trailer/motor home hook-up (per day) $17.00
  Stalls, each per day (includes clean-up) $10.00
     
Auction
  Grounds plus one available building (per day) $300.00
  Includes: water, 10 tables and 80 chairs and rest rooms  
  Each additional building (per day) $125.00
  Fees (admission, parking, gate. booth/space rental) 10% of gross
  All item to be removed within 5 days of end of rental contract or there will be a $5.00 per item, per day billed to renter.  
     
Non-Profit (to be determined by the HCFA) i.e. Civic, Church or family activity, picnic, etc.
  East or West Grounds (per day) $125.00
  Includes: water, dump station, rest rooms, and 1 building with 10 tables and 80 chairs  
  Each additional building (per day) $75.00
  Fees (admission, parking, gate, booth/space rental) 5% of gross
     
Grandstand arena rental per event date
  Grandstand $1,600.00
  Includes: Grandstand area, announcer booth, arena office and parking area  
  Each additional building $125.00
  Arena lights $50.00
     
Extras to be rented
  Each additional 10 tables and 80 chairs $100.00
  Large Portable stage including setup $200.00
  Small Portable stage including setup $25.00
  Sound system per day $100.00
  Trash Cans $5.00
     
For all rentals, the Hudsonville Community Fair Association will supply
  Clean buildings, grounds and water  
  Clean rest rooms with supplies  
  Services that will incur a charge:  
  Buildings set-up or tear down per man hour $25.00
  Camping per day each hook up $17.00
  Custodial/Clean-up/grounds repair per hour (plus material) $25.00
  Use of tractor with operator for grounds repair per hour $35.00
     
  Horse club rental-Outside arena and parking area (plus insurance) $75.00
